I will refuse to do business with a client if the client has made offensive remarks on social networking sites, or if the client’s track record and enthusiasm for the activity cannot be proven.
If a customer does not contact us for more than one month after the reservation date, I will cancel the customer’s reservation. I do this because I will not be able to schedule other guests.
I will not be able to respond to requests with insufficient specifications or free of charge.

Revision instructions are limited to 5% of the work time spent on rigging. This means that many small corrections can be made, but the number of large corrections is limited. Beyond that, we may charge an additional fee or ask you to move to a full custom-made plan (equivalent to corporate Vtuber Rigging).
If additional fees are required, we will negotiate with each other to determine the price. Payment will be made after the model is completed. If negotiations break down, we will consider it impossible to do business with you any further.
I will not do business with a client who is unable to communicate respectfully with others.
If there is some kind of trouble with the client and I deem it impossible to do business with the client any further, I will refund the balance against the production progress and end the transaction.
Selling, distributing, transferring, or making publicly available for downloading the model data itself or modified versions of the model data in a form that can be reused, as well as making one’s own remarks, are prohibited.
It is prohibited to use this model for any other nuisance, defamation, slander, religious or political activities, or any other activities that violate the law.
Discuss and clarify the handling of copyrights and licenses with the original Artist.
You agree that the Rigger will post this project as an achievement on X(Twitter) and Youtube and this Website. ※For corporate clients, it is possible to disclose the results of the project without disclosure due to confidentiality reasons, etc.

Reservations are possible as long as your production process is after the model is being illustrated. Please submit your request with the materials and specific dates of your request.
I generally do not sell .cmo3 as I understand all the technical details from the setup. However, we can sell it to corporate clients under certain conditions.
The contents of my basic fee (standard option) are equivalent to those of other modelers’ premium pricing. Please check the page where the basic fee amounts are listed or the example fee page for more specific information. I will deliver modeling of the same quality as the models in my portfolio.
I use dynamic pricing. Prices may rise or fall as appropriate depending on the current status of the request. Please understand this. Please consider yourself lucky if you receive a low price for the technical skills I offer. I will not do low quality work just because the price is low. I will provide you with the best rigging possible.
If my schedule is available, you can make a request. Please submit a quote request and I will get back to you. However, for music videos and music videos, I am currently only able to accept requests for the Live2D part.
Cases in which the request was declined
I had a request from a client with a special taste in social networking, but I politely declined the request because fear inevitably overcame me.
I refuse to accept half-body requests for the following reasons, except in special cases.
The balance between the amount paid by the customer and the customer’s satisfaction does not match. This is due to the fact that half-body is not half of the full body rigging amount. Many customers believe that half-body rigging is half the price of full-body rigging. The actual time required to rig a half-body will be 70-80% of the full-body rigging price.
Special case: the customer himself is well-known and has the advantage of receiving the request. Or, they understand the above and are willing to pay 70-80% of the full body rigging amount.
I received a request for several additional parts (ears, outfit, tail) from a customer who owns the original Live2D data (.com3). We also agreed to improve live2D to the extent possible because it was poorly made. We agreed to pay the fee afterwards in anticipation of trouble.
I completed the additional parts and delivered them to the client. The customer did not use the delivered data as-is, but rather transplanted the added parts himself, which caused problems that took a great deal of time from discovery to resolution.
The customer was willing to pay for the work after everything was delivered, but we refused to accept the payment and terminated the transaction.
Causes: I was unaware of the possibility of altering the data, and this was the cause.
Response: I only accept additional requests for original data (.com3) from corporations and customers with whom I have done business in the past.
At that time, we were accepting unlimited modifications to our modeling. I had an agreement with the client that I would accept any number of revisions as long as they were within the bounds of common sense.
However, because there were so many correction instructions, I asked the client about the expected future revisions and the reason why the modeling had to be done by me, but the client did not give me an accurate answer. Since we had agreed to a contract with no additional charges and no full-order plan at that time, we judged that it was impossible to continue the work and canceled the contract with a full refund of the payment.
Causes: The reason was that there was a mismatch in the amount of money, direction, and modeling content with respect to the model specifications requested by the customer. Another reason was that the customer’s sense of mutual respect for each other waned as revisions increased.
Countermeasure: I established a full custom-made plan to model the customer’s ideal model. I have also notified the customer that this will happen.
If we receive a request from a client who criticizes others on social networking sites, reposts such memes, manipulates models into offensive poses, or publicly announces that they are emotionally unstable, I will consider it difficult to complete the request and politely decline the request. I will politely decline the request.
