Flow of production from request to completion

1.Requests
I accept requests via the inquiry form on this website, X (Twitter)/Discord DM, or E-mail. Please ensure you also send all necessary production materials, including the separated PSD file for the illustration.
You can request an estimate with confidence, as I strictly keep all materials entrusted to me confidential, regardless of whether the order is ultimately placed. (Please note that I cannot accommodate requests with insufficient specifications or those made without charge.)

2.Meeting
After reviewing the specifications and materials you provide, I will prepare a detailed estimate. (Please use secure data transfer services such as E-mail, Google Drive, or Discord Nitro for sending materials.)
Subsequently, I will hold a consultation with you via E-mail, various DMs, or Discord to finalize the details, including the production schedule, final specifications, pricing, and project deliverables.
Once all necessary items are confirmed, I will issue a formal invoice, and the production process will commence.

3.Production
I will commence production upon confirmation of your payment.
As each major production step is completed (such as expressions, facial movements, or full body articulation), I will ask you to review the model’s functionality and provide feedback.
Corrections during the production process will be accommodated within the agreed-upon number of revisions as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, cancellations are possible at the completion of each major stage. Please refer to the contract terms for complete details.

4.Provision
I will deliver the complete set of finished model data (including moc3, model3, physics3, texture files, and related videos) via your dedicated client website or Discord Nitro.
Following delivery, you will perform a final confirmation, which includes verifying the model’s functionality within VTube Studio (especially for VTuber models). This successful final review will mark the completion of the acceptance process.
Customized Production
[Thorough Model Personalization]
I optimize the model from the production stage to match your unique physical characteristics (such as mouth movements and blinking), which typically requires the client to handle the final adjustments. This achieves a level of high fidelity and synergy that surpasses adjustments made solely within the capture software.
[Customizing Movements and Expressions]
I accurately implement specific mouth shapes and expression patterns based on reference videos provided by you. Furthermore, the physics for hair and clothing can be finely adjusted for magnitude to suit different applications, such as for general streaming or dedicated video production.
[Application for Thumbnail Creation]
Because I implement a wide range of parameters beyond standard capture parameters, you can freely use features within Live2D Cubism Viewer and VTube Studio to create diverse expression data, which can then be utilized for stream thumbnails and other applications.

Tailored proposals for customers
[Offering Optimal Solutions Tailored to Budget and Application]
My strength lies in my flexibility to select the most suitable expressive methods based on your requirements, budget, and frequency of use, rather than adhering strictly to implementation within Live2D.
I will thoroughly explain the detailed pros (e.g., rich expressiveness, cost efficiency, stable tracking) and cons of various implementation methods—such as native Live2D implementation, VTube Studio itemization, and rich video implementation—and propose the model that delivers the highest cost-performance ratio for you.
Supports Various Extensions
[Supporting Cutting-Edge Extensions]
I offer standard support for advanced features like VBridger and VInput, which utilize the VTube Studio API to significantly expand your model’s potential. I also provide comprehensive setup and implementation assistance.
VBridger: Included in the base fee. It maximizes facial tracking to dramatically enhance your model’s expressive capabilities.
VInput: This feature links external device information with model operation in real-time, achieving direct control unaffected by physics priority. This enables more advanced and interactive streaming experiences.
