Flow of production from request to completion

1.Requests

Please submit your request via WebSite inquiry, X (formerly Twitter) or Discord DM and E-mail. In many cases, the materials are sent at the same time via email, X (formerly Twitter) or Discord DMs, VGen, etc., which also serve as data transfer services.

I will keep your information confidential, regardless of whether we receive an order or not. You can quote with confidence.

I will not be able to respond to requests with insufficient specifications or free of charge.

Please prepare illustrations (models divided into parts) by yourself.

2.Meeting

I provide estimates, etc. based on the specifications and materials provided.(Please use email or a data transfer service such as Google Drive for data or Discord Nitro.)

After that, I hold a meeting with the client. ※Meetings will be by email or discord, etc. If you have a separate request, please wish to do so.

I will determine the details of necessary items such as dates, formal specifications, fees, and production arrangements.

After, I will issue an invoice.

3.Production

After confirming payment, I will begin production.

I present the model at each step of the process and get feedback from the customer. Then I do my best rigging.

(e.g., in the case of Vtuber Modeling, each process will be completed at the completion of each step, such as completion of facial expression, facial movement, XYZ axis movement, and swaying movement).

The number of revisions can be made up to the previously agreed upon content. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for details.

4.Provision

I will deliver model files (moc3,model3.physics3.texture files) and movies. I will deliver the work via the client’s dedicated website or Discord’s Nitro.

(In the case of Vtuber Model, I will check the operation on VtubeStadio.)

The client will be asked to do a final check of the deliverables.

After the model is completed, the client may request up to the number of revisions agreed upon in advance.

Customized Production

・Normally, the client makes the final adjustments to the model using VtubeStudio, etc., but I can provide a model that is more suited to the client by implementing the model according to the client’s characteristics at the production stage. For example, mouth movements and blinks are dependent on the physical characteristics of the client’s mouth and eye size. By adjusting these at the implementation stage, it is possible to have a greater affinity with the model than by adjusting the capture software alone.

・I will implement the desired mouth shape patterns and facial expressions by referring to the following video.

・I will adjust the hair and clothing, as well as the size of the swinging motion, according to the customer’s wishes. ※I recommend using a model with a small swaying motion for delivery, and a model with a large swaying motion for the model’s unveiling and video shooting.

・I will implement various parameters in addition to those that can be captured. Therefore, you can prepare data for thumbnails by giving the models various facial expressions by yourself using the official Live2D Cubism Viewer application or VtubeStadio’s expression creation function.

Tailored proposals for customers

I will make the best proposal for your needs. For example, 1: Implement on Live2D. 2: Implement it as a VtubeStudio item. 3: Implementing Live2D as a video.

Basically, the cost of implementing on Live2D is higher for many expressions. Therefore, unlike other Live2D modelers, I do not insist on implementing on Live2D, but will make the best proposal based on the customer’s request, budget, and frequency of use.

I am not a modeler, but rather a modeler who can make the best possible solution based on the client’s needs, budget, and frequency of use. While I can create rich expressions when I visualize, I have to think about the connection with the model that the customer moves. I have to consider how the tracking will work with respect to itemization. I have to consider whether the implementation on Live2D can be implemented and whether the cost is within budget.

Supports Various Extensions

I will support VtubeStadio extensions such as VBridger and Vinput. I will also provide support for your implementation, so please feel free to contact me. These extensions will expand the possibilities of your models.

VBridger is a face tracking plugin designed for Vtube Studio and Live2D. I can assist any customer with implementation and implementation as support is built into the base price.

Vinput is a function that connects external device information with Vtube Studio parameters. It allows you to extend the operation of your models by passing information from the controller to Vtube Studio, such as MIDI, time, hardware information, and other inputs on the PC. Unlike facial expressions and motions, these are not affected by the priority of Vtube Studio’s physics operations and can be applied in real-time.
